Mike created Plug-In Vehicle Solutions in 2008 anticipating the growing demand for EV charging stations.  Being a life long entrepreneur, he has a skill for predicting upcoming trends. Mike has started several successful companies including a custom plush toy business and a iPhone accessory website. His passion for electric cars brings him to where he is today and will be assisting in setting up the EV charging station infrastructure nationwide.

Bruce Lanzerotti    COO

Bruce Lanzerotti is an innovative, revenue-focused business and product and business development professional with experience supporting and marketing diverse technologies. He also is a strategist with proven abilities to identify, launch and manage products and services from many emerging and mature markets. Bruce's track record of success involves technology sales, developing OEM relationships, distributor networks, and direct distribution channels.he has a unique ability to connect people, products and processes in unconventional ways that bring new revenue. He has been instrumental in developing specifications, standards and training for several industries.

Bruce has a A.S. degree from Triton College, a B.S degree in Vocational Education and a Masters Degree in Industrial Technology, both from Illinois State University. He has held various positions from Vocational Educator, Technical Sales Manager, Director of Management, Owner and Consultant. Bruce has been very active in the Alternative Energy & Electrical Vehicle industry for over 5 years.

Ray Scripture   Technical V.P.

Ray has spent over 35 years with AT&T. Over the last 15 years, his experience has been in batteries and charging stations for AT&T's power backup systems. Ray helped develop AT&T's power maintenance training course and has provided technical support for AT&T's Midwest Region. His tenure with AT&T has given him many opportunities to work and coordinate on many special projects, giving him  experience working with many vendors and contractors. His transition into the Electric Vehicle charging industry is fueled by his love and belief of this new technology.

Mark Battin   Chicago/Cook County District Manager 

Mark Battin is a skilled manager with a successful track record for designing and implementing solutions to meet client needs. A strong leader capable of delivering a broad spectrum of EV/PHEV solutions including--charging, conversion and maintenance needs. Mark is  a PMP certified professional manager and business analyst with over 25 years delivering short and long-term solutions.

Tom Ballew    Michigan State Manager

Tom is a graduate of Western Michigan University and holds a Bachelor of Business Degree in Marketing and Management.  Tom’s early experience was spent cutting his teeth in commercial banking and credit with a changeover later to real estate development, general contracting and property management.  For the past 20 years Tom has built over 200 single family homes in the State of Michigan and has successfully managed over 100 properties in both residential and commercial.  His expertise and project management skills within these areas will bode well for the future of building out an electrification infrastructure.
